A New Low

I read this story posted by Yojimbo on The Burning Platform and even I couldn’t believe it.  I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to find proof that this is a hoax story in the hopes that it isn’t true; it simply can’t be true.

where is your tag citizen

I have read multiple sources even including Coachella’s own website for the festival stating and describing that the police checkpoints will be 1/4 to 1 mile away from the concert entrance.

coachella checkpoint

I have failed to debunk the story, I have found these articles (the last one is the festival official site):

http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/music/posts/la-et-ms-coachella-2013-indio-security-20130419,0,7586768.story

http://intellihub.com/2013/05/08/coachella-music-festival-used-rfid-to-track-patrons-and-nearby-residents/

http://www.coachella.com/festival-passes/about-wristbands

RFID bracelets are being required for entrance into the concert.  This I have no problem with, it is a private event.  But for this event the checkpoints are as far as 1 mile around the entrance.  The result of this is that people who aren’t attending the event who live less than a mile away are required to have RFID tags to enter their own homes and private property.

Read and think about that statement again, I’ll repeat it because it bears repeating:

The result of this is that people who aren’t attending the event who live less than a mile away are required to have RFID tags to enter their own homes and private property.

I consider this a new low for a society and nation which has already fallen so far away from liberty.

The Debut of the “Wiki Weapon”

Cody Wilson of Defense Distibuted has released video of a successful test of the first fully (almost fully) printed firearm.  I have read that there is a piece of metal inside of it so that it complies with the Undetectable Firearms Act as well as a nail that acts as the firing pin.  Everything else is printed from ABS plastic using a printer that cost approx $8k.

wiki w

It is easy to be unimpressed because it is single shot and the video only shows what seems to be the new “Liberator” shooting .22LR.  It looks to be nothing more than a home-made “Zip-Gun.”  I have read that there will be multiple calibers and barrels (see vid to see them in the case).  Others think this will instantly change everything.  I think both are somewhat foolish.  People have been making their own firearms for quite a long time but to do this yourself today either requires exemplorary artisanship or a firearm that is rudimentary at best (i.e. pipe guns) which tend to resemble a modern flintlock.

3D printing offers the possibility of not compromising nearly as much.  The printer allows complex components to be manufactured simply, repeatable and quickly but the strength of the materials is still very much in question.  There are even printers that use metal (and cost much more than $8k) but is the bonding process utilized by the printer as strong as say, starting off with a solid block of aluminum?  Rifling of a barrel may be the biggest hurdle and quite possibly insurmountable.

It is no doubt that an all ABS gun will not last long but this barely ACT 1.  Kudos to Cody and his team.  I suggest everyone help by downloading these files regardless if you ever plan on using them and help make sure the “Liberator” doesn’t go away like the “Liberty Dollar.”

NOTE: After further reading I found that the round fired was actually a .380.  It isn’t an awfully powerful round but carries significantly more validity than a gun that fires a .22lr.

Public (de-)Education

It begins with its utterly ridiculous model of funneling a bunch of kids (often from long distances) to a brick and mortar building that resembles a prison so their minds can be re-molded by mostly dipshit progressive union scumbags.  Then throw in the fact that the funding for them is accomplished through a means of extortion and coercion that effectively has destroyed the idea of private property/land ownership that would make Stalin green with envy.

Anyone who reads my posts knows I despise the public education(indoctrination) system.  There are good teachers (even some that are outstanding) but a few good eggs that would prosper in a private system if the public system didn’t exist does not validate the current pile of dung in existence today.  It is an unquestionable truth that private schools and homeschooling are the future for children of liberty minded people.

A Message To Our Owners

What happened in Boston yesterday was horrible, I won’t rehash it here.  It is just more senseless violence and aggression, something the various govt’s of the world have a lot of practice doing.

Without even knowing the person/people who carried this out and why, I am instantly worried about the fallout from this.  How many more bullets, full-auto guns, APC’s and militarized goons will be added to DHS because of this.  Will the budget (non)cuts of sequestor be blamed?  How many more drones and cameras will be installed to “protect us?  Will the perpetrator be a “prepper” and have an evil black rifle and piles of 30 rd mags, thus justifying the confiscation of such things from all people not deemed worthy by our overlords?

It is tragic what happened to these people, but what other atrocities will be carried out against the rest of us in the victims’ names so that this “can’t happen again”?  Even though it almost certainly will happen again and can’t be stopped by any level of freedom destroying legislation that the cretons in DC and the 50 capitals decide to decree.

Ben Franklin was right, destroying liberty to achieve safety will leave us with neither…

All Your Kids Are Belong To Us

The “hive”, “Borg”, collectivism mindset, whatever you want to call it, is continuing to grow.  Watch the video below.

Was your response after watching this video utter disgust?  Congratulations, you might be a person who believes in freedom and responsibiltiy.

Your children are not your responsibility; they are society’s responsibility.  This idea is the same as “it takes a village to raise a child.”  That philosophy is destructive to family, community and freedom.  $12k per student per year isn’t enough of an investment?  It isn’t enough because education isn’t the goal of the education system.  Complete adherence to you owners (aka “leaders & politicians) decrees and the dissolution of true liberty is the goal.  This is why the education system is so important to the statists, brainwash the kids early and in a few generations the vast majority will compliant sheeple.  It is not an education system, it is a training system.

This is the same mindset that propagates ideas that your health is everyone’s responsibility.  This leads to Obamacare, forced vaccinations and politicians like “lil hitler” Bloomberg banning sugary drinks of a certain size.  Mark my words, the 2nd Amendment will be attacked again and it will viewed in terms of a public health hazard.  Our politicians will need to “do something.”  This ”village” idea is also the basis for why wealth needs to be forcibly collected and redistributed, because it really isn’t the owner’s, it is society’s and must be distributed fairlyIf you are forced to be part of a tribe or village then you are a slave.

This video will be pushed to all corners of the internet and will even be labeled as the mindset of the “Progressive”, the “Socialist” and the “Ultra-Liberal” but is it really limited to them?  I don’t think it is, there are many people who consider themselves “conservative” or “republican” that support the agenda this woman professes is a moral prerogative.

Ask yourself whether you support the fact that school taxes are assessed and levied against the perceived value of your property each year to fund the local public school system?

If “no”, congratulations again; you actually believe in freedom and have a moral and philosophical compass that is consistent.

If you weren’t disgusted by the video above and respond “yes” to the question above then you are unquestionably a statist and collectivist.  Your philosophy is what I consider a mental disorder but atleast you are morally consistent.  And if you support the idea that government should use force to impose these ideologies you are nothing short of a monster.

But if you say “yes” to that question while also being disgusted by the video then you are a hypocrite.  The public school system operates under pure coercion, they declare that the value of your property is of certain dollar amount and demand you pay them rent (they call it taxes but it is rent).  It does not matter if your children go to these public schools or not.  It doesn’t even matter if you have children at all.  Because you are a property owner you have to “pay up.”  And if you refuse, government officials (thugs with guns) will take their money from you (if they decide how much you keep it isn’t yours, it is actually theirs), take your property and/or stick you in a cage.  If things escalate you might even pay with your life.  Do not be eloquent or coy about this; these people are not legitimate government (any government that acts aggressively and uses coercion is illegimate); these are thugs/mafiaoso’s extorting money from their victims.  They are criminals and terrorists and they are not to be reasoned with, only obeyed.

To be blunt if you say “yes” to that question you are practicing cognitive dissonance, holding 2 opposing truths as fact in your mind.  It is the equivalent of looking at the car below and believing it is both red and blue at the same time.

red mr2

I have heard the arguments before, “isn’t it the responsibility of the community to fund the schools?”, “not everyone can afford it?”

No, the parents must be responsible for their children.  If people don’t feel responsible for their children then you have what we have today, children out of wedlock, welfare babies and kids that grow up in the system only looking to survive.  When relying on survival instincts and no parental guidance we shouldn’t be surprised when these kids grow up to be the animals that inhabit cities like Detroit, Chicago and Philadelphia.  And of course not everyone can afford it, the government is providing the service so it will obviously cost exponentially more than if it were done in the private sector.  When is a monopoly ever affordable?

Personally, I attended both a private Catholic School (K-10) and the local public school (11 & 12).  There were problems and advantages with both at the time but my parents absolutely took responsibility for me.  The important thing is that I was able to grow up and not become part of the collective “Borg” mindset and use my critical thinking skills to find my own path and recognize the evils of government and prosperity capable with true unabated freedom.

That being said, eventually we will have to decide whether to home-school our son or send him to a private school.  Notice how I don’t even include sending him to public school as a viable option.  People will say things like I would send my child to a private school but I am already paying for the public education.  If they consider collectivism even a fraction as destructive as I do then shame on them.  Nothing in this world should be as important to you as your children.  This likely means you are atleast partly a collectivist.

I don’t view it as a waste or unnecessary cost, paying for private school or sacrificing to homeschool isn’t a burden.  I know I will have to pay the exortion fees for the public school funding but I am more concerned about how destructive the service is to the mind of the children (victims) that are forced to attend.  I see paying extra as a means to keep evil people like the woman in the video and that inhabit the education profession (particularly the politicians and administrators) as far away from my child as long as possible.  I would be buying him time so that his mind could grow unmolested from the disease that is collectivism.  I hope you do the same.

Is My Reaction Normal?

collectivism

After reading and listening to progressives, neo-conservatives, bible thumpers and other misc collectivists spout their vitriol I get physically ill. Some of the worst are below but these pics are far from exhaustive. The problem with being in a collectivist society is that if you aren’t part of the “Borg” then you are part of a very small minority.

Their stupidity and dogmatic, illogical beliefs accompanied with the idea that them applying coercive and violent force is not only necessary but moral is quite disturbing. They are the epitome of evil and should be labeled as the murderers, schysters and terrorists that they are. Trying to understand these people (and I use that term loosely) requires intense mental gymnastics for people with critical thinking skills, intelligence and morals based on the non-aggression principle. I decided I should document what happens to me after these types of encounters so I set up a camera. The video is below. I warn you; it is not for squeamish.

COBRA: A Global Force For Good

There is another GI Joe movie coming out in a few weeks/months (something like that).  I was a big fan of the toys and cartoon as a kid, my favorite character (along with a lot of other kids) was Snake Eyes, the loner and modern day ninja clad completely in black.  I saw the first movie a few years ago after it came out on DVD.  It was mildly amusing/entertaining.  It didn’t take itself seriously and embraced its campiness while at the same time having the venerable Ray Parks (actor with extensive martial arts training who played Darth Maul) play the ever silent ninja Snake Eyes.  The ludicrous action sequences were fun at times as long as you could temporarily suppress the rules of physics.

The sequel’s basic storyline from what I have seen is that COBRA has taken over the US Government and the “Joes” must go rogue.  The returning members of the original cast are being joined by “The Rock” and Bruce Willis.  It appears they must fight the forces of COBRA as modern day revolutionary soldiers.  But the Joes are defying/waging war against COBRA and COBRA is now the US Gov, does that make the Joes “terrorists“?  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect the movie to be a deeply intellectual film but it is an interesting setup that I am sure will likely miss the mark by being played out in typical Hollywood fashion.

a cobra WH

Then I stumbled across these commercials, they are done much like the Army/Navy/Coast Guard recruiting videos for the Feds.  I am pretty sure the guy who narrates the “Navy:A Global Force for Good” commercials is actually the same guy voicing these commercials.  Take a look, they are only 30 secs each.

Whether or not this was the goal of these viral commercials was to satirize the current paradigm or not doesn’t matter to me; from my perspective it is showing how the recruiting methods and depictions of our government agencies would look no different from what we see today even if it was being run by a fictional terrorist organization like COBRA whose goal is world domination (assuming that isn’t the goal).  I see this as an open mockery of the current situation that begs the question of whether we as a society would know the difference between a military that was formed for purely defensive purposes vs an oppressive military force that portrays blind loyalty to evil individuals and projects its violence on the rest of the world as well as the citizenry it supposedly swore to protect.  These recruitment videos declare that Cobra stands for Honor, Courage and Freedom.  They say it so it must be true, and who are we to question it?

IT’S TIME TO CHECK BEHIND THE CURTAIN

Firearm related news has seemingly dominated the cycles as of late. With each shooting and subsequent follow-up/copycat shooting the coverage focus intensifies.  What should be banned, what new pointless laws should be instituted, gun show loopholes, private sales, force registration of all guns etc…  The cable news channels must love it, this level of discourse, debate and divisiveness allows them to easily fill their time allotments.

Bills like the AW Ban and the PATRIOT Act were kneejerk reactions to crises and provisions like ones in the NDAA (2012) slip into bills that get passed when no one is paying attention to it.

DANGER Assault Weapon is in session

Since gun related news is being so heavily “pushed” it can operate as a distraction while something unrelated can be slipped past us. Because the 2nd Amendment is so galvanizing of an issue for people it is a topic that can draw and hold almost anyone and everyones attention.  These monsters come at us from multiple angles on multiple issues, which is why freedom has been continuously degraded.  It is a fight between tyranny and freedom and freedom is trying to defend multiple fronts.

So what things might be gaining traction and feasibility while we are thoroughly distracted?

1. VAT

The Value Added Tax is quite the misnomer. Simply put, it is a tax not just on the sellable product but on its entire production cycle.  A consumer will see it as a consumption tax (similar to sales tax) but at each stage of the process where work has been done to it (where value has been added), that input is taxed.  But companies don’t pay taxes, they have funds extorted away by the guv-thugs and then that loss is passed onto would-be consumers.

Let’s say a pair of sneakers cost $50, the manufacturing/shipping/advertising costs come to $40 so that leaves a profit of $10.  If a VAT was added and it is say $5, that only leaves $5 in profits.  The sneaker company is not going to continue selling the shoes at $50, they will likely bump it up to $55 (or even more because they need to hire additional non-productive paper pushers to meet the guv-thugs tax reporting/payment requirements).

taxing everything

Taxes cannot add value.

2. CAP and Trade

Cap and Trade has been a wet dream of the guv-thugs for quite a while. They feddies starve for revenue and they see this as a possible avenue.  Our whole nation and society is addicted to energy.  We perpetually need btu’s to keep our homes warm, our computers running, our presses stamping and our cars getting us where we need to go.

It is described as a way to control emissions and protect the environment but that is only the front of the operation.  The goal is revenue extraction.  When the gas tax was implemented it was done to pay for the roads used by cars.  The raising of the rates have been done with the claim it is a way to deter the use of “gas-guzzling” vehicles.  To people that think taxes aren’t immoral; taxing a wasteful action seems reasonable.  But now cars and trucks are more fuel efficient (even with the ridiculous additional weight added by govt mandated safety equipment) and the guv-thugs aren’t generating enough revenue for their coffers.  Solution: Put tracking devices in everyone’s cars and tax us by the miles driven, not the gas purchased.  The Prius driver will be paying the same as the Tundra driver.

Cap and Trade isn’t about stopping emissions, it is about forcing people to use/purchase credits (another fiat currency) to be allowed to continue doing what you want/need to do.  Knowing you need to heat your home and drive your car to work(for some people at least) they figure they got you by the balls and can siphon more funds away from you.

Simply put, the goal is not to protect the environment, it is wealth transfer.

3. Further Police Militarization

The idea of the military occupying/pacifying within the US borders is no longer a fantasy. Videos like this one from Katrina prove that.

The various policing entities acting within the US have been buying up ammo like crazy. We know they have purchased 5 bullets for each man, woman and child currently in the US. They might be buying this for training but then why is are they buying hollow points? note: HP are not allowed for military combat internationally but I bet they are fine with using on those who don’t submit to martial law.

The economy has been hooked up to life-support, given doses of adrenaline and shocks from a defibrilator almost perpetually since the beginnning of The Great Recession.  What do you think happens when interest rates inevitably go up, debt can’t be rolled over, inflation accelerates, the real unemployment situation/numbers are realized and the river of handouts normally distributed to the Free Sh!t Army cease to flow?  There will be violence and our owners in their towers of ivory will need an army of stormtroopers to pacify the citizenry.

Cops showed up moments after a man’s wife passes due to cancer to demand the remainder of her pain medication.  And when I say moments I mean just that, 10-15 mins after she died he was treated like a potential drug pusher.  Read about this appauling act HERE.  The goal of our owners is to be in a constant state of law-breaking and guilt; create enough laws and we will all be law breakers.  This makes the police your enemy whose goal is to “get you” on something so that the public coffers don’t dry up.  Cops are no longer peace officers, they are the muscle of the political thugocracy.

police state already

4. Schools degrading into prisons

Many of the propositions coming from the clowns at the NRA and guys like Sheriff Joe revolve around having armed guards at schools.  Whether they are union thugs/slugs/cops or paid security guards employed by the school district makes no difference.  It has been brought up that cops should be permanently stationed at schools, the fact that Biden and Boxer support this means I am very skeptical.

the donuts aren't safe fat cops

People of their ilk only want “authorized” people carrying firearms.  If the politicians feel they are in harms way they can order a detail of armed protectors but the hoi polloi don’t have that option.  The solution to this is to stop restricting people from defending themselves and get rid of all so-called “gun free zones.”

victim rich zone here

In Texas, students are being forced to wear RFID tracking badges.  Read about it HERE.  This is to make sure they are “safe” and to deter truancy.  Why do the schools care so much whether the students show up?  Answer: State and Federal Funding.  The purpose of the Education system is to program people into unquestioning, obedient useful idiots and employ a large group otherwise worthless people.

Coupling this with the fact that schools are easy targets for crazy people looking for unarmed victims; they “teach” revisionist history, are funded by criminally extorted tax money, employ many union slugs/thugs and actively destroy people’s individuality, autonomy and creativity; parents should not be subjecting their children to this atrocity.  The more and more I look at it, I am starting to consider the sending of children to a public school an act of child abuse.

5. The 22nd Amendment

It has already been proposed that this amendment be removed.  For those of you who don’t know it’s the amendment that limits the time a president can “serve” to 10 years.  New York Jose Serrano is proposing (and has done many times before) to overturn this amendment.  Read the story HERE.

Nothing would be greater than “King Obama”, right…?

king obama

 6. Immigration

Amnesty has always been a goal of this (and most) administrations.  Politicians see granting amnesty to illegal aliens as a means to secure their vote in future elections and keep from becoming an unemployment statistic.  If our nation was truly free there wouldn’t be such a thing as illegal aliens; human beings would be free to travel and relocate as they wish.  But we are far from being a free country, people seek refuge within the borders of the USSA in the hopes of being able to live off their fellow man.  Here is The NY Slimes article (HERE) discussing how Obama will look to accomplish immigration reform this year.

Many people coming to the USSA come in and want to work hard but after they see the worthless tax-feeders that are already here, how long until they turn into this?

fat and lazy

Might be time to invest in Hoveround…

7. Obama-Care

With the perpetual coverage of “gun-violence” and the debates raging over the 2nd amendment, the crippling tax increases and layoffs due to the implementation of Obama-Care will likely stay off the front page most days.  I have already heard from many of the people I work with who supported/voted for Obama, Obama-Care and “taxing the rich.”  Last Friday was the first payday of 2013 and that raise they got at the end of 2012 was completely erased and re-allocated to Uncle Scam.  If you have a single penny in your pocket, the guv-thugs will view you as “rich.”

uncle obama wants your money uncle sam in your pocket

Just think, first medical coverage goes up, then taxes go up, medicine is socialized, SNAP cards run out and then firearms/ammunition is taken away leaving people not only more susceptible to violent aggression from criminals, both private and governmental, but fewer doctors to treat them after they have been harmed.  Bad times lie ahead.

 true patriot

Keep this in mind; the goal of government/state is to create an environment in which you look to them for permission for everything, you actually own nothing, you are incapable of defending yourself from attackers (especially them) and you live hand to mouth.  They are attacking us on multiple fronts and constantly finding weaknesses.  Stay on top of things, don’t remain perpetually focused on what the blow-dryers on the MSM are trumpeting and don’t become prideful and cocky, that’s when the viper that is government will look to strike.

I am not a big fan of the prequel Star Wars movies, but one scene stands out as extremely powerful and prescient.

“So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause.”

Gun Appreciation Day

Gun Appreciation Day is scheduled for January 19th.  I love the idea, I am sure this sort of thing makes the gun-grabbing freedom-killers’ skin crawl.  I saw the headline for it last night and I bet there are all kinds of stories popping up on CNN and in the Huffington Post about how this is a ploy of right-wing extremist gun-nuts and how immoral and wrong it is.

appreciation day

They think people should appreciate their politicians who relentlessly sacrifice and toil to make their constituents’ lives “better.”  We should also appreicate “Boomers” and Unions as well as the TSA and DHS because they are what is really necessary for a peaceful society (of slaves), not those fire breathing killing machines.

I plan on cleaning and re-organizing my cabinet and going for a drive while conceal carrying the whole time (with my govt mandated CCW permission slip they issued me), stopping at my favorite local gun stores to see what deals are available and how many visitors/patrons are out and about.  If you feel the same way I suggest you do the same.

Here is the official website: Gun Appreciation Day

This is the message that needs to be sent to the gun-grabbers.
